Cole Benke, Director of Transportation
Cole began his journey with Labatt in 2023. He started as a driver, progressing to the role of Transportation Trainer. He then transitioned to the Corporate Manager of the Student Program, where he played a key role in developing the transportation team and cultivating driver growth. In 2024, Cole assumed the role of Director of Transportation, eager to lead the transportation department while upholding Labatt’s core values.
