Domingo Valadez is celebrating 20 years of service with Labatt. His positive attitude is inspiring to others. We are thankful for all his years of hard work.

Mark Paulos is celebrating 30 years at Labatt Food Service. His dedication and hard work has not gone unnoticed over the years. Mark has shared many wonderful stories of working with his customers and collogues through out his 30 years at Labatt.

John Holmes has been a Sales Representative with Labatt Food Service for 25 years and has shared his thoughts on the impact it has made on not only his life, but his customers and colleges. John’s dedication and hard work is inspiring.

Edward Perez has been working for the company since 1997, for 25 years. He started in security and then shortly thereafter started working in the Beverage Department.

John Montemayor has been taking care of his customers with passion and care for 35 years. All of his colleagues at Labatt speak of his energy and drive. Lauren DeLoach wrote about John: “Although he won’t admit it, John is a fantastic mentor, coach, and colleague. He has a great deal of product knowledge and will genuinely do all that he can to help a new rep succeed.”

Cara Vives, our Vice President of Sales, is celebrating 30 years with Labatt Food Service. Her great work developing relationships with customers and leading the sales effort is an inspiration. In the following, Cara describes her experiences with the company.

Cruz Morales is celebrating 25 years at Labatt Food Service. As the Assistant District Manager in the Valley, he works closely with Jesse Camacho, the District Manager, and nine sales reps. Their territory extends from Laredo to Brownsville, with a special focus at the moment on South Padre Island. When Cruz started at Labatt the Valley was running seven trailers a day. The team is now doing 21. Cruz recently shared his thoughts on his experiences working at Labatt and how the business has grown during his tenure.

Meet Eddie Vargas, this week's featured employee! Eddie has been a dedicated employee since 1980. What he enjoys most about his job is that every day is different.

Marcos Bustillos, an order selector in our Albuquerque location, has been a very good employee and is always willing to help out wherever needed. He's also been traveling to Texas to help with the night-crew team in Dallas.

It's a great day to feature another great employee! Meet Rolando Gonzalez, a Line Driver from El Paso. When asked what interested him in working at Labatt, he said, “I was looking for a job that was close to home so I would have more time with my family. I saw the opportunity posted online and called to ask for an interview.” Thanks for giving us a call, Rolando!

Today's featured employee is Rudy Reyes, Inventory Control in San Antonio. His words of wisdom for any new employee are: “Try your hardest. If you have any questions, don't be shy, speak up - you will never learn if you keep it to yourself. Communication is the key!”

When we asked Albert what he likes most about being a driver, he said "Dealing with people and customers. I always establish relationships and treat everybody like family." According to his manager, Michael Martinez, Albert is one of the safest drivers on the team. Thank you for all you do to serve our customers, Albert!

Jose Olivares has been a faithful employee since 1985. When we asked him what he likes most about his job, he said, "Everything! Every day is something new, you don't know what you are going to get. I also enjoy the guys I work with and helping out new people." Thank you for all that you do, Jose!

Joel Reyes, a current Dallas Route Driver, started off at Labatt 5 years ago as a Student Driver. He has been commended for his reliability and hard work. Thank you, Joel, for all you do!

Line Driver, Nicolas Moreno, has spent almost 19 years with Labatt. Over the years, he has been praised for coming to work every day with a great attitude. Thank you, Nicolas, for all you do!

Leroy Gatson, an Expeditor at our Dallas warehouse, has worked for Labatt since 2005. He has been commended for his bright personality and the joy he radiates to others. Thank you, Leroy, for all you do!

Bradley Imhoff is a Route Driver from Harlingen and has diligently worked for Labatt for more than 8 years. His humbleness and professionalism leave a lasting impression with those that work with him. Thank you, Bradley, for all that you do!
